Stories to keep you awake at night
A high school teacher by trade, Tom Moran lives in Connecticut with his amazing wife Billie, three young adult children, four dogs, and over 200 tarantulas and spiders. Although he was actively writing and illustrating in the early 2000s, having published the novel Acquired Taste$ and the illustrated novella, The Problem with Mickey, Tom eventually took a hiatus to focus on caring for his menagerie of arachnids.
For the past decade, he has created a successful YouTube channel and podcast devoted to the care of spiders, while continuing to write almost exclusively for his reading classes. However, after finding a box of his old publications during a trip to his attic, he once again got the itch to get his sick little stories out to the masses.
